We are hiring

1. Legal Officer (No. 1)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law and must hold a valid Advocate license.
  • Experience in insurance, banking, and financial institutions, with expertise in preparing reports, advocacy, and managing events, etc.
  • Should have better understanding of prevailing laws, regulations, and directives relating to Banking/Insurance sector and related field.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Nepali.
  • Pleasant Personality with excellent interpersonal skill and computer knowledge.
  • Age not exceeding 35 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing legal papers and briefs, researching legal issues, and drafting legal documents such as contracts, wills, trusts, and business agreements.
  • Drafting pleadings and motions for court proceedings, including criminal charges, bankruptcy petitions, and appeals of administrative decisions.
  • Represent in court, negotiating with opposite counsel and working with clients to develop legal arguments.
  • Conducting research on legal issues to support litigation efforts.
  • Interpreting laws, regulations, and policies to advice properly.
  • Reviewing and analyzing laws, regulations, and cases related to specific industries such as insurance, banking, or securities trading to advise companies on how to comply with legal requirements.

2. Branch Manager:

Required for Dhankuta, Solukhumbu, Pokhara, Rajapur, Tulsipur, Bhurigaun, Baitadi, Dipayal, Basantapur (Tehrathum), Gauradaha, Bardibas, Chandrapur, Kirtipur, Manthali, Swayambhu, Bhaisepati, Gorkha, Dulegauda, Samsergunj, Tarahara, Galkot and Jajarkot branches.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required for selection.
  • Work experience in the fields of insurance, banking, microfinance institutions, cooperatives, and sales management will be given preference.
  • Age between 23 and 35 years.
  • Proficiency in computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Nepali and English typing, and email communication).
  • Good knowledge of office administrative work, sales, and marketing.
  • Knowledge of life insurance products.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing branch-specific strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Leading, developing, and mobilizing the team of agents towards achieving the branch’s sales target.
  • Identifying and seizing market opportunities through effective lead generation and sales strategies.
  • Maintaining strong customer and agent relationships.
  • Focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction by streamlining service procedures.

3. Branch Sales Executive

Required for Gaighat, Birtamod, Dharan, Birgunj, Hetauda, Narayanghat, Baglung, Ghorahi, Kohalpur, Nepalgunj, Attariya, and Dadeldhura Branches.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum intermediate or 10+2 qualification is required; however, preference shall be given to Bachelor’s degree holders.
  • Age between 23 and 35 years.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Nepali and English typing, and email communication).
  • Knowledge of life insurance products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing branch sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identifying and seizing market opportunities through effective lead generation and sales strategies.
  • Maintaining strong customer and agent relationships.
  • Focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction by streamlining service procedures.

Salary
