Kharidar Exam Pattern
There are 3 stages to complete the whole examination as usual. The first stage is Objective (MCQ). The first paper has general knowledge and Basic Office Skills Test (IQ), Second stage is written paper, the second paper has office management and the third paper has Job Knowledge related subject. And the last stage is the computer skill test and interview. We have discussed all the stages of examinations one by one.

Kharidar First Paper Syllabus
It includes general knowledge and basic office skills test ( BOST ). The number of questions asked is still 50, each carrying 2 marks. And exam type is Multiple Choice Question (MCQ). You have to acquire 45 marks out of 100 to pass the exam in 45 minutes. If you pass the first stage then you will be eligible for the second stage. Kharidar Second Paper Syllabus
Previously there was Office Management, Constitution and Citizen Awareness, Science and Mathematics for the second paper, but now in the new syllabus science is removed completely.

Kharidar Third Paper Syllabus
This paper will assess job-related knowledge. The third paper for the position of Kharidar comprises three sections: Public Service Management, Accounting Systems, and Legal Knowledge and Heritage.
